• Architectural Control Committee Approval Letter if Required for your Subdivision

REFINANCES:

• Copy of Warranty Deed
• Copy of current Homeowners Insurance Policy
• Copy of most recet Mortgage Statement
• Copy of Survey (Typically can use existing, if no external changes to property)
• Copy of existing Title Insurance Policy ( should entite you to a discount o  this fee)
